Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Replacement or Refund
HarbourNest is committed to your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if items:
- Arrive damaged or defective
- Have missing parts or accessories
- Are significantly different from the website description or images
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original condition and packaging
- Buyer may bear return transit costs if damage results from poor packaging by the buyer
- For defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Stock Availability & Order Fulfilment
We do our best to keep stock levels on our website accurate. In rare cases, an item may be unavailable at the time of your order due to a delay in inventory updates. If this happens, we will contact you within 2 business days of your order and offer you the following options:
- Wait for restock — we will provide an estimated restock date and dispatch your order as a priority as soon as the item arrives
- Swap — choose an alternative product of equal value, or any price difference will be charged or refunded
- Full refund — cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method, with no cancellation fee
Orders affected by stock availability are not subject to our standard 10% pre-shipment cancellation fee.
Return & Refund Process
Request Return Authorisation
Email sales@harbournest.com.au with:
- Order number
- Return reason
- Supporting photos or videos
You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and the return address upon approval.
Return the Item
- Use original packaging, in original condition
- Use a trackable shipping service
- Buyer covers return shipping costs
- Livara is not responsible for lost parcels
- Return postage may be deducted from your refund
Refund Timeline
- Notification sent after inspection
- Approved refunds issued within 10 business days to the original payment method
- Contact us if the refund is not received within 15 business days
Additional Policies
Partial Refunds
Granted when parts or accessories are missing, or the item is not returned in original condition.
Exchanges
Available only for defective or damaged items. Email us to request, and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Cancellations
10% fee applies if your order has not yet shipped. Not possible after dispatch — email us immediately for urgent requests. This fee does not apply when an order is cancelled due to stock unavailability on our side.
Change of Mind
Australian Consumer Law does not require refunds for a change of preference. Goodwill solutions may be offered at our discretion.
